Melbourne Design Week (MDW) is an annual 11-day program of talks, tours, exhibitions and workshops that celebrate and interrogate design through its varied disciplines, including: communication design, industrial design, service design, gaming, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, fashion, craft and functional art.

Keep an eye out for the incredible craft-making skills of former VWA Artist in Residence, Raven Mahon.
Alice Springs artist Elliat Rich, represented by Sophie Gannon Gallery, will be exhibiting two new additions from her collection ‘Other Places’ at the Melbourne Design Fair. ‘Tall place’ and ‘Small place’ have been crafted by Raven Mahon @ravenmhn.

For those who missed the spectacular ‘Mother and Child’ exhibition by Adam Goodrum and Arthur Seigneur last year, mark your calendars because you definitely don’t want to miss their upcoming exhibition, Florescence, held as part of Melbourne Design Week this year.
Their Florescence Collection showcases Adam and Arthur’s continued investigation into curious forms and their abstraction when juxtaposed with straw marquetry.
