Hi I’m Dave.

I’m a woodworker based in Melbourne, focussed on making things that will last and that are designed not to be disposed. I figure that if we’re making objects out of wood that’s taken decades or centuries to grow, then those objects should be built to outlast the grow time of the trees.

I have a passion for traditional woodworking, using hand tools primarily  powered by potatoes, but also carrots:D

I am currently taking on custom commissions and minor furniture restoration works.
I also restore vintage hand tools.
